What we offer

Our Services

Counselling, creative therapy and mindfulness practice — five paths to the same place: feeling more like yourself.

Choosing a service

You don't have to know before you reach out — tell us a little about what's going on and we'll suggest what fits. Many people start with a conversation and the plan takes shape from there.
